- Member Profile Page/Listing - Each member has their own page with logo, description, contacts, social media links, map of their location integrated with google map API and any deals, news or events they may be sponsoring. Each member listing is optimized for search engines with regards to url naming, window titles, headings and more. What displays on the member profile can and is often based on their membership level. For example, a lower level member may have only 1 contact listed and no logo, next level allows this and a few other benefits. These rules can be customized to meet your needs and really shows the members the benefit of the level they have purchased.
- Event Management and Registration - Your events should be easy to manage and easy for users to register themselves and others. Our solution gives you the ability to incorporate flyers, associate sponsors directly from the member directory, associate staff who are managing the event, manage pricing for member vs. nonmember as well as offer free events. Users can easily see events via calendar and listing views. Upon opening an event they can see description, any associated files, ability to like/share or tell a friend, see map and access directions, see sponsors, download the event information to their calendar and much more. Most importantly they can easily register themselves and/or others. Event registration is integrated with your merchant account and backend system if applicable, making the whole process seemless. Emails are immediately sent to attendees upon registration along with an ics file, allowing users to easily download the event into their calendar. Event reminders are also automatically emailed to users.
- Banner Advertising - Most chambers leverage banner advertising. Our solution allows users to easily purchase banner advertising online and chamber staff to easily manage the process. Staff easily manages banners through an interface where they can attach banner, set expiration dates and other settings. All banner clicks/activity are logged through Google Analytics and available to campaign owners.
- Member Dashboard on Steroids - Members can login to their dashboard which allows them to perform a number of actions and access data including:
- Manage their profile including categories, social media links, website url, company descripion, logo, etc.
- Manage and submit news and member to member deals.
