Keeping our heads up.

The end of 2021 primed us to set our sights on an even bigger year ahead, and we entered 2022 ready to make it happen. The energy, flow, and sense of comradery from our team was palpable and infectious. Although we’re still figuring out what “normal” looks after the last of couple years, we put our best foot forward every day to give our clients, and each other, the support we all needed.

Putting in the work.

We know how hard it is to grow and scale in this industry, and even more importantly, how difficult it is to do it sustainably and in a way that doesn’t just chase success. In spring, we began doubling down and planning the future vision of the agency by implementing a framework called the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). We also expanded our toolsets, welcomed new companies into our fold, and cultivated deeper relationships with our long-time partners.

We revel in the moments where we get to talk shop in person with our clients. In April, the team traveled to Philadelphia for an onsite strategy session with LLR Partners, where we focused on ways to continue to push the envelope.
